Symphony was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She started singing as a toddler and wrote her very first song at the young age of 9 years old. At that time, she also found a passion for belly dancing which started as a hobby with her mom. She then began professionally dancing and teaching at the age of 16 years old. During those years, she honed in on her craft of singing by attending New World school of the performing arts high school for vocal performance. After high school, she went on to open up for Disney star David Henrie and Nickelodeon's Drake and Josh. In 2010, she made top 40 on Idol & in 2011, top 50 on X-Factor. Having been rejected before live shows only made her dedication more fierce and her drive stronger. In 2012, she wrote a song in collaboration with Grammy Award winning producer and DJ, Paul Van Dyk where it has been played in front of hundreds of thousands of people across Germany and the US. In 2014, she moved to NYC with $30 in her pocket and landed a role on a TV show called, "The Recording Sessions" which never aired. While in NYC, she had the opportunity to be showcased on CBS The Couch and Good Morning New York. After just 5 months of living the life of a "starving artist", she returned to Miami and went on to play lead in four short films, 2 of which won awards and are currently competing at festivals. She continued teaching belly dance and hip hop classes on and off as well as singing at private events. Currently, she is a very proud mom of two beautiful kids and runs her own small business selling vintage & modern jewelry. She actively works as a model in commercial and editorial work from time to time. She is humbled to have landed the role of Sandy and is absolutely elated for this incredible opportunity to work on the production of one of her favorite movies of all time with this wonderfully talented cast and team!
